Privacy

What we collect
- Your Apple ID’s anonymous identifier (and email, if you share it) to sign you in.
- The name and emoji you choose, which your group sees.
- Minutes spent on the apps you chose to block, as totals per day. TimePool uses Apple’s Screen Time; it never sees which apps you picked, what you do in them, or any other app usage.
- When you last used your phone, so friends see you as “on their phone”. Turn this off any time in the app.
- Your group’s activity: nudges, powerups, focus sessions, coins and crowns.
- Your app version and device model, to fix problems.
Ads
If you choose to watch an ad to unlock apps, Google AdMob shows it and may use your device’s advertising identifier as described in Google’s privacy policy.
Sharing
We don’t sell your data. Your group members see your name, emoji, minutes, coins, crowns and activity. We use Apple (sign-in, notifications), Vercel and Neon (hosting) to run the service.
Deleting your data
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). It removes everything about you right away.
